F2PAddon can be downloaded from curse.com.
Its features include:
- Chat between all users of the addon on the same server.
- Forming groups with other Starter Edition players, by way of requesting invites from channel users with full accounts.
- Sharing player's character data, and building up a database of all the players who your addon has seen in the chat channel, in order to provide tooltips showing who a player's alts are.
