Down elevator

When you're on the screen to select rooms for building, for some you have the option to change orientation. For elevators this is up/down. If the preview shows a blue outline, then the elevator will go down (This is from a PC so it uses mouse buttons to start building/swap the direction. I expect the UI will show gamepad buttons instead for PS4).
